As the administrative assistant at the Newman Group, my primary responsibility is ensuring an exceptional client experience by providing the highest standards of care. I love talking with our clients and hearing about their lives—those conversations are one of the most rewarding parts of my day. I take pride in making sure that the work I do is accurate and completed promptly, because I know that attention to detail makes all the difference in serving our clients well.
My background is in Customer Service, Marketing, and Banking, and I have an Associate's degree in Business Administration. My passion is making our clients feel welcome, heard, and hopefully having them leave with a smile on their face, knowing they are being well taken care of.
I started with the Newman Group in September 2019, and during that time I've had the opportunity to work closely with both our advisors and our clients. Every day brings new interactions and challenges, and I'm grateful to be part of a team that truly values building lasting relationships with the people we serve.
I grew up in Rochester, MN, where I still live today. When I'm not at work, I love spending time with my daughter and catching up with friends. I'm passionate about gardening, traveling to new places, and going to concerts whenever I get the chance. I also enjoy spending time with my pup, Hazel, who keeps me company and always knows how to make me smile.
